Privacy Policy

This policy covers visitors to the Ops2Sell websites and people who ask for a demo or a quote through the website or by e-mail.

Data we process inside the Ops2Sell system on behalf of our customers (such as their buyers' orders) is covered by the Data Processing Agreement.

• Demo and contact form details: your name, company, e-mail address, phone number (optional), sales channels, orders per month, preferred call time and your message.
• E-mails you send us and what you tell us on calls.
• Technical data: your IP address and the country derived from it, and browser and request details in server logs.

• To reply to your request, arrange a demo and send a quote — steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (UK GDPR / GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To protect the website and form from spam and abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To suggest the version of the website for your country — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not send newsletters or marketing e-mails without your consent, and we never sell your data.

• Enquiries and correspondence — 24 months from the last contact if you do not become a customer; for customers, for the length of the contract.
• Your IP address for form abuse protection — briefly (up to an hour).
• Server logs — up to 30 days.

Only the service providers that run our website and e-mail:

• GIETO Group LTD is based in the United Kingdom and the database and files are stored in London. For customers in the EU, the European Commission has recognised the UK as providing adequate protection (adequacy decision renewed to December 2031).
• Where a provider processes data in the United States (for example, Google's sign-in service), transfers rely, where applicable, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, or on standard contractual clauses / the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We use only cookies the website needs to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own website, so nothing is sent to a font provider.

You have the right to:

• access your data;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• restrict its use or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• receive the data you gave us and have it passed to another controller.

To use these rights, e-mail privacy@ops2sell.com. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

The website runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS) only. Enquiries are available only to the staff who need them for their work.
