Linnworks is one of the best-known multichannel tools in the UK, and for many sellers it's the default shortlist. But it isn't the only option, and depending on your channels, your warehouse and your budget, something else may suit you better. Here's a straight comparison of four options, based on what each company publishes.
Pricing and features below were checked on each company's own website on 7 October 2026. They change, so check before you decide. If anything here is out of date, tell us at sales@ops2sell.com and we'll correct it.
The short version

Linnworks
Linnworks doesn't publish fixed prices. Its pricing page says plans are priced on order volume rather than revenue, with add-on modules for extra functionality, and asks you to book a demo for a quote. Its strengths are breadth: many channels, many integrations and a long track record. If you sell on a wide mix of international marketplaces, it's a natural candidate. The trade-off is that you'll only know the cost after a sales conversation.
Mintsoft
Mintsoft publishes a starting price of £159 per month for ecommerce brands and £375 per month for 3PLs, with enterprise pricing on application, and says that in most cases there is no set-up cost. It's particularly well known among third-party logistics providers. If you're a 3PL, or warehouse processes matter more to you than channel management, it deserves a close look.
Veeqo
Veeqo, owned by Amazon, offers a free shipping plan and an inventory plan from $19 per month depending on order volume. Its listed channels include Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart and WooCommerce. If Amazon is your main channel and you want to keep costs down, it's hard to argue with the price. Check carefully whether the UK marketplaces you sell on are supported.
Ops2Sell
Ops2Sell, ours, publishes three plans: £149, £349 and £599 per month plus VAT, sized by order volume, with a one-off £499 onboarding fee. That fee covers connecting your channels and carriers, importing your products and stock, and training your team. It combines order management with a scan-verified warehouse: bins, barcode picking on Android handhelds, counts, transfers and multiple warehouses, on one stock record.
To be clear about where we're not the right fit today: we don't yet connect Amazon for customers. If Amazon is a large share of your sales, one of the other options will serve you better for now. Where we're strongest is UK sellers using channels like OnBuy, B&Q Marketplace, eBay and WooCommerce, with their own warehouse and carriers like Royal Mail and DPD.
How to choose
- List your channels and carriers, including the small ones, and check each supplier connects them today.
- Decide how much the warehouse matters. If wrong picks and lost stock are costing you, scan-verified picking and bin locations should be non-negotiable.
- Get the full cost for your order volume, including onboarding, add-ons and per-order charges, over 12 months.
- Ask to see it with your own products rather than a generic demo.
- Ask what happens when you leave: can you export your orders, products and stock?
If Ops2Sell looks like a fit, book a demo and we'll show it running on channels like yours. If it isn't, we'll tell you.
